The 90s are calling and they want their used car sales tactics back! Went in to purchase a 2020 Elantra with 4K miles. Price advertised was reasonable, the car looked and drove fine. I had already gotten a loan because I was a serious buyer. Sales guy was new but trying hard. So what went wrong? They tried to tack on a $3000 fee for "reconditioning" on to the price of the car. Did they change the oil 100 times? Did they paint it with gold leaf? What an insane add-on for a nearly new vehicle! I've been buying cars for 30 years and have seen dealers add on fees for paint protectant, upholstery protectant, etc but NEVER anywhere near $3000!! Salesman ran back to "consult" with the Sales Manager and I just walked out. I will not do business with a company that tries to blatantly rip me off. I emailed the salesman later to tell him why and advise that he run, not walk, to another dealership for a new job. More
Bought a new 2021 blazer in March and was promised a few things in the deal as well as them ordering a missing part. They wont honor the deal that was made and haven't ordered the part. When called I was told by the Manager Ruben himself that he doesn't honor what his employees promise. He was rude and hateful with me on the phone and offered to order the items for me for a cost. I am not sure about you but this is not good customer service and this is why people have bad opinions of car salesmen. There is no integraty at this dealership. More
Whatever you decide to do, do NOT buy a car here. I’ve bought multiple cars in the past.. I’ve never in my life dealt with bigger liars. We went into this dealership to buy a Tahoe, we already have a pre- bought multiple cars in the past.. I’ve never in my life dealt with bigger liars. We went into this dealership to buy a Tahoe, we already have a pre-approved loan through our own bank. We left because we felt like it wasn’t a very good deal. After sitting on it a few days and the salesman, Jesus Garza, texting us and meeting us closer to where we wanted to be, we decided to go back to get the Tahoe at the price we agreed upon. While we were there, multiple extremely sketchy things happened. 1. We had a $500 military rebate straight from GM.. the dealership wanted to use it and keep us at the same out the door price. So they’d be pocketing that military rebate. When my husband questioned him on this, he got extremely rude and defensive. Odd. 2. We decided to give them the opportunity to give us a lower rate than we got through our bank, when he came out with their lender’s offer, the monthly payment was higher AND he refused to show us the APR offered. Again, odd. 3. When the manager came out to tell us that he can’t get an APR as low as our current one, he also laid it on us that if we use our own lender to buy this vehicle.. we’d have to pay a $6,000 to $8,000 “service fee” for not using one of their lenders. WHAT?! They’re already selling their vehicles OVER MSRP.. now they’re telling us we have to pay $6-8k more for not using their lender. This is absolutely INSANE!!!!! So that agreed upon, or “out the door” price went up at least $6,000 just for using our own lender!!!!! After we immediately walked out, I called multiple other dealerships to see if this is actually a new thing, nope.. not a single other dealership has ever heard of this. Never in my entire life have I had a worse experience with a dealership. So again I say, absolutely do NOT buy a vehicle here. You will get completely screwed. More
They will do anything for a sale, even skim over high priced unwanted options that the sales person knew I wasn't informed on. They didn't use my GM employee discount and tried to tell me they did. When I asked for an itemized account of what was extra that made the price higher than MSRP and show they used the GM discount it took 3 days to get it emailed. The sales manager Carlos said "you signed the contract, we didn't hold a gun to your head". He also said they don't HAVE to use the GM employee discount if they don't want to. They did refund 1/5 of the overpriced options I didn't understand where included but I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Even the General Sales Manager said the statement about holding a gun to my head should not have been said. Then he said he would call me back and now a week and half later I still have not heard from anyone. If you go to this dealership make sure you pay VERY close attention to anything you sign and watch for hidden fees and extras. I was naive and too trusting. Lesson learned even without a gun to my head!! More

I got a text from a dealer name Nathan from Graff chevrolet asking If I would like to come in and look at a new car. I said yes and we were off. Nathan took care of everything, I wanted a specific chevrolet asking If I would like to come in and look at a new car. I said yes and we were off. Nathan took care of everything, I wanted a specific color and he actually got it for me. I went on 4-29-21 . He worked hard to get me at a payment I was comfortable with. Nathan is great!!!! I walked out with my upgrade in the color I wanted and all the bells and whistle I didn't know I wanted GO SEE NATHAN to get a new chevy, he is worth your time More

Never go to this place the sales manager got mad at us bc we didn’t want to sign 2 contracts with them and told me and my family to get that f*** out and was screaming at both of my parents which there a lot we didn’t want to sign 2 contracts with them and told me and my family to get that f*** out and was screaming at both of my parents which there a lot older 65 and 66 I believe the sales manager name is Carlos. if I was y’all I’ll stay away bc I called before I went up there to see if they had a truck I was looking at online I drove a hour to come see it and when I got there they told me they didn’t have it remember now I called before I headed that way and the sales man guaranteed me he had it and had the keys in front of him. they put up vehicles on there website as bate and tell you they have them in stock and when you get there they tell you a different story.
