I’ve used this dealership on several occasions before even though I’ve never purchased a vehicle they have always done good work however the last service done was for oil change and transmission fluid ch even though I’ve never purchased a vehicle they have always done good work however the last service done was for oil change and transmission fluid change. All was well until my engine oil change soon message popped up after only two weeks. I assume they did not reset the oil change module. But other than that I like taking my GM product to them. More

My car was there from Friday 4/19/24 to Saturday 4/27/24. I took it in to have the right strut replaced, wheel alignment, new battery and oil change. On Thursday when I called to check on it, I was told the I took it in to have the right strut replaced, wheel alignment, new battery and oil change. On Thursday when I called to check on it, I was told the part wld be in that day. Friday I was told the part hadn’t come in and they cldnt track it. I rented a car for 1 week because they had no loaners. I was told on Friday they wld do everything else that needed to be done, I cld pick up my car and bring it back when the part arrives. This is so inconvenient. My car is a 2022. I don’t understand how they don’t have certain parts readily available. So my car was there for a week and hadn’t been touched other than the diagnostic. When I said I’d pick it up and only pay for the service performed thus far, she said I wld have to pay for the strut that was ordered. Like they wldnt be able to sell it later to another customer? I’m very disappointed and annoyed. The service lady who stated when I asked if they honored other dealerships coupons said she wld see what she cld do, but when I picked it up, she said she didn’t have any coupons. I think that’s poor customer service when you’ve really inconvenienced a customer and can’t offer some sort of discount. I’m very reluctant to return. It’s the closest one to me, but I just may travel to find better service. More
