It took them about a month to see what was going on with my car. The guy (Joe) called me and left a message station I need a new battery and starter and total services would be $864.00. Around 1 week later, I heard nothing else from him so I called to see if my car was ready and he basically told me to forget what he had told me before and then suggested some services ( totaling up to be $16,000) which was too pricey so I refused that service. I asked if there were other options and if my car engine would start and he told me he’d call me back but instead I got a call like 2-3 weeks later telling me that my car was ready. I fly home from Florida to pick my car up. I come in and pay for the services they did and was told someone was bringing the car around front. I went to stand outside to wait and then was called back to the desk just to be told that my engine was locked up and since I refused services that I needed to get it towed and that came after paying $333 for whatever the xxxx they did which to me was nothing since it was in the same condition as before. I feel like my time was just wasted and I was the one having to reach out to see what the situation with my car was. No one was even in touch with me until I got the call about my car being ready for pick up More

Mgmt is unethical. They tried adding $6,000 to purchase but fortunately I caught it. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Went in for an oil change and wash. They never washed it. I call that one o'clock and they said it was in the wash bay come by in 20 minutes. I went and picked it up at 2:30.
