Very poor customer service I had to take my vehicle so far three times to repair a single problem that could have taken care with one visit. For one visit, I was told vehicle I had to take my vehicle so far three times to repair a single problem that could have taken care with one visit. For one visit, I was told vehicle would be ready by end of day. I received call from service advisor at 4:30pm that it will not be ready. I was not offered a replacement vehicle to use. Service mechanics left tools, did not install replacement parts correctly, and dinged and scratched my vehicle. Plastic coverings were not snapped back in place. I had to talked to manager to resolve Issues. More

Great service Although I went in on a Sat for just an express oil change, further inspection revealed that my brakes needed replacement. The parts necessary were not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was told the earliest the parts would be available was likely the next Tue. I received a voice mail on Mon that the parts were in and that I could come in that day. However, the earliest I could return was the next Thu. I arrived about 8:00 am on Thu, and was advised it may take about 1-1/2 hours. However I was back on the road by around 9:15.. Excellent Service!! More
