Bad first time... good last time I had a nail in my tire for the second time in six months. The first time I got it fixed it took four hours to put two new tires on my car when I took I had a nail in my tire for the second time in six months. The first time I got it fixed it took four hours to put two new tires on my car when I took it to your facility at a cost of $400. when I took it back this last time,, a nail was found again in another tire. Another $400.I I said I couldn’t wait another 4 hours to get it fixed. and Alfred told me he could get it fixed within the hour... which he did.. Very greatfull !!! for his courtesy and promotes. Oil change Great service. I was approached immediately when pulling into the oil change service area. The time was exactly what they said it would be with an app Great service. And the employee Daissy Cabrera was of great assistance with the paperwork and explaining to me what they were going to check with the oil change and the results from it afterwards. More

Lazy and liers My car had a faulty battery that was supposed to be checked 2 weeks ago when I took the car for an oil change and a regular inspection. A few days ago My car had a faulty battery that was supposed to be checked 2 weeks ago when I took the car for an oil change and a regular inspection. A few days ago I was stuck in a parking lot because my car wouldn't start because of the battery. Took the car to this dealer and had it inspected. It turn out that rhe battery that they had "checked and it was Good" was the cause of the problem. They replaced it with another one and it was still under warranty. They did another inspection and it turns out that everything they wrote on the paper was a lie. I had recently change the cabin and engine filter(1 week ago) and it said that they were way dirty and needed to be changed. I believe they don't check the car like they are supposed to due to the high volume of cars and they just use the same information as before. They really need to be accurate when it comes to this information otherwise people pay the consequences like me. I wouldn't take my car here anymore. I was stuck for 2 hrs waiting for my roadside assistance and driving to the dealer to drop off my car when all this could have been prevented. More

Unprofessional workers Took my car in for an oil change, long wait but didn’t mind. However, when my car was ready, the serviceman told me I needed a transmission fluid cha Took my car in for an oil change, long wait but didn’t mind. However, when my car was ready, the serviceman told me I needed a transmission fluid changed. Why wasn’t this notified to me from the beginning? So I said ok and he said it should take about 30min. Waited an hour only to find out that my car has been ready and he has left to goto lunch without telling anyone?!!! The service rep who took over had no idea what was going on. Im not even sure if my transmission fluid has been changed? But I did pay for it. When I started the car this morning my car smelled of burnt oil. Will never be going back here, and will not recommend Goudy Honda to anyone. More

highly expensive - no comp car wash service I towed my car in on 4/9/18 at 9:30am and the technician did not let me know the status of the diagnose until 12:30 pm. Frank told me it was $816 on the phone. When the tech Omar told me the price, I was shocked as he said it was $816 after discount. I felt he gave me a wrong price. I have no choice but i have to pay for it. He was so rude saying that your car was towed in without appointment. we are able to accommodate you which is already good. When I saw the invoice, it did not show the original cost and discount breakdown. I called the service manager and he told me the price on the invoice is after discount. I don,t really believe in that. I want to file a complaint about this case. Also I was never offered a free car wash even I paid so much each time I took my car to maintenance. The quality of customer service has deteriorated. More
