Excellent service Javier was fast and helped me with my oil change, I asked if he can check why tire light was on. He said he will get it checked. He called me later in Javier was fast and helped me with my oil change, I asked if he can check why tire light was on. He said he will get it checked. He called me later in to inform me I had a leakage but it was covered by my warranty. So I told him would return to get that fixed. Outstanding service by Javier. Thank you More

Great Customer Service The wait to be assisted was long, but the manager came to my car and asked my order in line. After several minutes I was greeted by Javier Villagomez. The wait to be assisted was long, but the manager came to my car and asked my order in line. After several minutes I was greeted by Javier Villagomez. His personality was very personable and professional. He apologized and was honest with the reason for the long wait. At the desk, he explained the process. He did not treat me like a first time customer. He explained the recommendations and told me he would call if they were needed. With a sense of humor, he told me the wait would be very long. I appreciated this connection. He gave me a realistic time. My car was ready before the estimated time. The cashier process is quick and effortless. They are very organized and professional, as well. Javier came to explain the status of my car and the reasons the recommendations were not needed. My car was returned in good condition. A word of advice, always check for the caps of your tires - one is always missing. I would recommend this center. The entire staff is always willing to help. More
