My service advisor was lousy - never said my name, didn't ask if I needed anything out of the car before they took it out of the driveway, had to walk up to second floor to get my jacket, etc. Never a More

I was very impressed with the dealership -- Art helped me with the sale as he knew my son Nick who had purchased his car there. Everyone was gracious and knowledgeable. I prefer to take my car to the dealer for service - when the parking staff are more friendly and polite than the service advisor, something is wrong. The other advisors appeared to be friendly and competent - I appreciate your requesting surveys -

Hi Cyn I am so sorry about that. All warranties are different, it really depends on what you purchase & details of warranties purchased should be in your contract from the time of purchase. If you come in for something other than basic routine maintenance, a diagnostic test is required to determine what is the cause of the problem before they began servicing your Honda vehicle to ensure accuracy of what the actual issue is.
