The service is great. I go there regularly for car service. The only thing is you need to install heaters at the service department for the sake of your employees. They meet with customers at their service desks near a wide entrance. It is chilly, sometimes windy in winter. That was the case last Thursday. Even we I feel it. Imagine these employees doing their diligent work bringing in business for the dealership. There is an enclosed area for people doing paperwork behind the high counter. You need to consider similar setup for the employees who interact directly with us, serving our needs.This is true for the hot summer days also.
