Hi there Client I wanted to take a minuet to reach out to you and apologize for any discomfort during your recent visit here at our Service Department. After speaking with the Advisor as to what customer this might be or why the customer may have been upset, he let me know that the issue was because of wait time for completion of job without a scheduled visit for a Recall. With any Recall we can not guarantee a exact time, the wait time can be anywhere from 4 hours to a whole day per Service Manager. I did see that you gave us a 1 star on price transparency, Recalls are covered under Warranty. After the invoice was reviewed, your vehicle came in at 2:02pm on the invoice, and the job was completed at 4:04pm same day, so they finished the job fairly quickly. One of our Managers here at the dealership did try to call you, they left a voicemail. You are welcome to call us back, we are always happy to listen, assist or answer any questions. We always encourage any customer to follow up with staff if there are any issues before you leave. We want all our customers to leave happy when servicing their vehicles with us. Felt disappointed because of his poor communication skills and bad tampers. I tried to talk with him nicely, but he gave me the response in very meant way. That’s the point.
