The sales representatives were great to work with but the finance manager Marvin snuck in optional add-ons that we specifically refused. Terrible business practice and wasted our time since we had to go back finance manager Marvin snuck in optional add-ons that we specifically refused. Terrible business practice and wasted our time since we had to go back to the dealership to sign our papers again after we noticed. It was only after the second signing that we received a signed summary of add-ons to be paid for which was clearly omitted originally to avoid legal trouble. More
