I would give this 0 starts if i could. I started having problems with my car on a Monday. I called this dealership for 3 days and left multiple messages with multiple people about bringing I started having problems with my car on a Monday. No one ever answered the phone in the service department and no one ever returned my calls. I finally just came in Thursday and talked to Danny Butler, a service consultant who seemed not to care. I finally spoke to Bob, their service manager who seemed to care and made me feel like he was going to help me. I left my car, and they tested it and found out my alternator was out. They told me they would call me the next day. Someone called me Friday evening and told me the car was fixed, and that they wanted to keep it over night just to test it in the morning. I called 4 times the next day, again with no answer and no return call. I just came in to the dealership around 1:30 Saturday afternoon and the same man, Danny was just sitting at his desk with his hands folded. I explained to him the situation and he seemed as if I was causing him problems. He told me he had no idea what was going on and he had nonpaperwork stating what they did to my vehicle and it was going to take him until 3:00 to find anything out- and possibly not till the next day. I told him that was unacceptable, seeing how they told me last night my car was fixed, and I saw it sitting out on the lot. I attempted to call bob, the manager multiple times and he never answered or called me back. I had to find another manager on the sales said of the store to get anything resolved. When he came and spoke to Danny, I could tell he was upset. He took his precious time doing my paperwork and I felt like it was in purpose. Everyone here made me feel like I was the problem when I just wanted my car. I will never bring my car for service here and I will never buy anther Kia here. These people have bad attitutes about their jobs and are very rude and unprofessional. More
The wait is painful The service people are very professional. The problem is the waiting area. They have a short sofa 2 club chairs a desk side chair & 1 broken desk chair.6 seats & 8 or more waiting. I waited an hour and a half past appointment time before they started service. Why set appointments?!Then another hour while they did the oil change & tire rotation. They have a brochure in the service area promising like home atmosphere complete with snacks. NOT HOME LIKE they do have a snack machine. I will avoid service @ this dealership. More
