I took my Grand Cherokee up there around 2 years ago for a recall where the leather was peeling off the dashboard. I was very happy about it getting replaced until I got into the Jeep and noticed they chipp a recall where the leather was peeling off the dashboard. I was very happy about it getting replaced until I got into the Jeep and noticed they chipped the wood/vinyl trim in several places while removing the dash. They even left the broken pieces on the floorboard. Also one of the vents is not seated in all the way and seems to be broken I told the service advisor what happened and they came out and inspected it. I was told they would order the new trim and get back to me in a couple weeks. They never got back to me and gave me the run around every time I called to see what was going on. The advisor/manager always seemed to be gone. I called several times over the first couple months. I became very busy at my job working 14 hour days 6 days a week so taking my jeep up there and then Ubering to work and everywhere became the least of my worries. After several months I ended up taking it up there to get a coolant flush after a mechanic put windshield wiper fluid in the coolant reservoir. I reminded them about the incident and all the sudden nobody knows anything about it. They never put a note on the account or anything about what they did. I know, unbelievable huh. The service advisor said he would speak to his manager about the issue and get back to me. Of course they never got back to me and again were never available when I called. Meanwhile I'm still working 14 hour days 6 days a week and don't have the time or energy to stay on them about it. I shouldn't have to stay on them about it. I called them last week and let them know again what happened and really got irritated when Mike the service advisor acted as if I just sat around waiting 2 years before calling even after I had just explained to him that I had told them the issue before I left the parking lot when picking up the Jeep and that I called repeatedly only to get the run around. He was also the same person I spoke with when I got my coolant flushed and said they would get back to me. I can't believe they have such a high rating on here when they treat their customers like this. Keep thinking you can tear up someone's vehicle, refuse to take responsibility and they won't do anything about it. More

I always use Gossett for service work. This time I took my off brand truck in for a no start condition. Mr Jones met me on the service drive, told him my problem , when truck checked out , he called me an my off brand truck in for a no start condition. Absurd To keep this short I won't go into the entire experience let's just say it all came down to being completely unorganized and a hassle. My main complaint is the absurd price for "diagnostics" I had a leak in my trunk and was quoted $140 to diagnose. I know squat about cars. Over 24 hours after dropping my car off(I had an appointment) I received a call stating they would need an additional $140/ hour to diagnose. I declined the service, went to pick up my car and low and behold they hadn't even replaced to recall air bag. Another day and a half goes by, I pick up my car. The following day I decide to pour two bottles of water around the seam of the closed trunk. Opening the trunk I see where the water in coming in. I removed the liner and fix the problem for less than $4 and in under 30 minutes. Knowing zip about cars I fixed the problem using common sense. I would think these professionals would have used some of their knowledge and experience to have done something similar but instead they wanted to power wash it(overkill), take two hours and $280. Is this a case of taking advantage of a person or standard practice? Either of these options are unacceptable to me. Proceed with caution if you choose to take you're vehicle to Gossett Dodge service center. I won't be buying my next car from Gossett on account of their terrible service department practices. Crooks I had my car towed to your facility Gossett Motor on 1901 Covington Pike Friday 8-12-16 for a gear shift replacement. I was called by Eric Wright on M I had my car towed to your facility Gossett Motor on 1901 Covington Pike Friday 8-12-16 for a gear shift replacement. I was called by Eric Wright on Monday 8-16-16 around 4:30 PM stating my car is ready for pick up; on the way Eric called back and stated he didn’t have the keys to my car. He stated the tech who worked on my car went home sick and he couldn’t locate my keys; I advised Eric I have my spare key with me I’m on the way to pick up my car. Upon my arrival Eric went to the service lot to retrieve my car for me he returned and stated someone has broken in your car; I went to the location and observed my driver side window knock out and my Pioneer Radio snatch out along with damage to my drunk where someone entered and stole my 500 piece Craftsman set of tools. I asked Eric will I be reimbursed for the damage to my car he stated no you have to file the claim on your insurance. I stated my car was brought to you in good faith of it being taken care of, Eric stated we have had several break ins on this lot. I know you have insurance for situation like this; Dodge is a $100 million company. I called the police to file a report it took them exactly 1hour and 27 minutes to respond after I called them a second time. I asked Eric could someone clean the glass out of the car for me; he stated the service center is closed there is no one here. Eric departed property when the police showed up leaving me to clean the broken glass from my window and interior. After filing the police report departed property mad as xxxx, I stopped at the service station on the way home to get gas; my car would not come out of park I was stuck at the service station with the same problem I brought my car to the service center for repair. I used my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and pulled my car back to my house. I had no way earlier knowing my car was not working properly because I had wait on the police to take finger prints therefor I didn’t touch anything. More

They claim they'll look at it again. It was better this time when we pick it up but now after about a month its leaking gas again. Its almost like they don't know what there doing or they just like billing our warranty company. More

I had no response Friday or Saturday, and when I called Monday I was told unapologetically that it's about a week's wait to have your car diagnosed. This is of course absurd: I called Wolfchase Chrysler that morning and had assurance that they would look at it the next morning. I don't know what the situation is, but the expectation that a week without a diagnostic is not something you need to mention to a client is ridiculous. More
We were traveling and experienced auto problems on the highway. We contacted another dealer first who referred us to Gossett because we were closer to them. We promptly drove there and explained our situation, 800 miles from home and 700 more miles to destination. Mike was very friendly and accommodating and did all he could to see if we could get repair. No loaner cars were left and we had nowhere to go. We waited in the lounge of the dealership to receive diagnosis. Our truck had a bad wheel hub and O2 sensor. Parts were available and they did their best to repair and get us on the highway. A courtesy driver took us to get something to eat and sit at Wendy's for a bit, then picked us up. Shortly before closing our truck was completed and we were able to go. Thank you Mike, and all who worked to make this a timely repair for us while out of state. More
DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They do not care if you receive it or not. The first time they sent the part to the wrong place, the 2nd time I have not received it all Mike keeps saying is tha care if you receive it or not.
