Took 2 hrs for oil change and rotation w/o explanation or updates or apology; neglected to balance tires even though requested at service scheduling and verbally confirmed at time of service. Failed to connect me with manager stating "he's across the street dealing with stuff." Talked to 4 individuals who passed me from one to another, none of them in management. I wonder circumstance would have been different if I was not solo senior female? I ordered this vehicle new vehicle from Goss but not return for service or future purchase. More

I recently acquired a new Jeep Gladiator from Goss, having traded in a 2021 Grand Cherokee (also acquired from Goss) These are among multiple vehicles I've acquired from Goss through the years. This experience was, as I have always found with these good people, exceptional. Jodi Taylor is our sales professional (Jodi also worked with us recently to get my daughter into a new Grand Cherokee). Jodi is a character - a great mix of humor, product knowledge, and good old-fashioned straightforwardness and professionalism. I could not more highly recommend Jodi. I would also like to thank manager Todd Tarte - another longtime member of the Hoar family's team, Todd makes the business end of acquiring new vehicles a transparent and seamless experience. Also, the service departments are exceptional, I don't even consider trusting my vehicle maintenance to anyone else and, through many years, these folks have never disappointed me. More

Outside of their Service Department, I wouldn't deal with these guys. They claim to be transparent, but just go to any other Jeep Dealer within 50 miles and Goss Jeep prices are are substantially higher then these guys. 2 visits and the last! My initial experience with service team was for a warranty issue.. had the car almost 3 weeks before they realized "forgot" to send in warranty paper My initial experience with service team was for a warranty issue.. had the car almost 3 weeks before they realized "forgot" to send in warranty paperwork so sat without anything being done ( all while I'm paying for a rental out of pocket). 2nd visit was simple maintenance - oil change and snow tire change over - $700 & 3 hours later - they tell me I need new brake pad & resurface - smart enough to take elsewhere for this service due to outrageous hourly charges - only for local garage to tell me I was in perfect shape with ALL my brakes, front & back - so to say this place is one the most dishonest places to go - the people are NOT friendly at all More
