Gosch Ford Temecula had been treating me badly for several years now, even after I'd lowered my expectations for going there. I'm no longer interested in playing along with the facade that anyone who works there would actually try to make things right - it's been made painfully clear that I should've given up years ago; the time to address customers' problems isn't after they've decided to never return, but rather when they're trying to get help in real time. If you'd truly like to get to the bottom of things, talk to your staff and hold them accountable; tell them to stop disregarding customers who are clearly expressing their concerns and seeking help with issues they're experiencing. Also, I was under the understanding that my identity was supposed to be protected posting on here, and that my information was not to be shared... So why is Gosch Ford Temecula sending me e-mails and text messages and calling my phone??? Absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE leave me alone. That's how you can make things right: talk to your staff, and stop harassing former customers.
