I brought my vehicle in for the first time to get oil change and two recalls done. They told me it would take one day at the end of the first day. You offered me a rental vehicle, but I didn’t need a rental vehicle For one day On the second day, he called me and said my vehicle was complete ready for pick up. I asked him for transportation from my home to the dealership but they said no we don’t go to Canyon Lake is too far from our dealership had no way to get there so I got a Uber, but you offered me a rental car but you didn’t offer me a ride. I don’t understand that you say you have good customer service but you offer car but you don’t offer me a ride I think the rental car would be more expensive than a ride to your dealership, so what is telling me is that customer service only works when the customer come to you and you don’t go to the customer so now I have to make a decision do I have you work on my vehicle or do I have another dealership work on my vehicle? More
