Hit and miss If I had to pick between you and Elsinore, you win. Been considering trying out Hemet, but too far, but may ne worth it. It quit going to Goach originally cause I had to keep bringing my vehicle in for exhaust and engine light and to this day I still have the issue. I have trust issues.mainly due to Elsinore damaging my vehicle and fixing it with used parts. They ended up repairing it properly, but took me taking my car back and forth too many times to count and it was always that way. So was looking for change when I returned back to Gosch this last time and I explained that situation and how 8 was feeling as a customer, to David that is a very nice man as well as Ken has always been really good, but horrible at returning phone calls. I havent really had too many issues with my truck, but the ones I do have never seem to get fixed. Well David turned out to be one that I struggled with, but wanted to discuss my situation with Ken because David seemed like a knowledgable nice man, but when things with my vehicle changed after my last visit without being contacted by David or having detailed notes of changes on my report when I picked up my vehicle that had my warranty company questioning what had been done with my vehicle, When I questioned David in regards to what had been done, he was very vague and said that he had was talking mechanic and that I misunderstood. I know what was said and i did not mis understand and once again began to lose trust and that is why I have given you a 3 cause I never got a call back from Kevin and feel that I was given BS information. I want to go somewhere I can trust. More

Excellent & fast service! I was greeted by a nice young lady almost immediately & she directed me to the person that would be writing up the sevice order. I was told there would be no charges because it was the first oil change since I purchased my car at Gosh Ford. I was asked if I'd like my car washed & I was invited to wait in the customer service lounge for the hour I was told it would be until the service was completed. It was a nice customer lounge & very comfortable. The many flavor choices of coffee was nice & the popcorn was especially nice for customers with children waiting with them. The oil change & car wash was finished much faster than the predicted hour. I left Gosh Ford a happy customer! More

No technical expertise I had a 2013 F-150 towed in due to non start and dying while driving. The dealership cranked the motor and it started. They said they have a good idea of the issue but could not proceed unless the code showed up. Their resolution was for me to drive around with my code reader attached and photograph the code when the issue arises. I guess they expect me to do the diagnosis for them while I struggle with a dead vehicle rolling down a windy road pulling a loaded trailer. These guys are a total joke. They are not willing to spend the proper time diagnosing for fear they will not be compensated at the expense of customer safety. Ford sold 763k of these trucks in 2013, one would think this dealer would have this figured out. More
Basically I feel that I wasted my time bring my vehicle I purchased a brand new vehicle Ford F350 2018 from this company... I've been having issues with my tailgate opening while i am driving,it also happ I purchased a brand new vehicle Ford F350 2018 from this company... I've been having issues with my tailgate opening while i am driving,it also happens when the vehicle is just sitting. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens. Also I have had problems with the remote unlocking the door.... there was a recall on this issue they ordered parts for me however they did not change it because I guess I was not in a cold area from what I understand, so they never replaced the part . The GPS is a nightmare, it has a mind of it's Own. I was told by one of the female employees that I need to contact Ford Company and start a inquiry, me the customer needed to find out why my GPS is having problems. How idiotic to make the customer do the work of the employees. All the issues I'm having with this vehicle I wished I could return it. More
