Great Service It was time for the first service on my 2018 F-150. I came in with no appointment and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in. After being greeted in the service drive I was told to see Nick. Nick got me right in explained the process to me and told me to expect about 90 minutes for the first service including a car wash. 88 minutes later I had my truck and was down the road. I had a 5 Star experience and would recommend to everyone to use Gosch Ford in Temecula More

RACHELLE LONG SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BILL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY/INSURANCE CO ON MY BEHALF. $2065.38 WAS PAID BY THE WARRANTY WHICH COVERED RACHELLE LONG SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BILL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY/INSURANCE CO ON MY BEHALF. $2065.38 WAS PAID BY THE WARRANTY WHICH COVERED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS, STRUTS AND BEARINGS, SHOCK ABSORBER AND 5 DAYS OF A RENTAL VEHICLE. IF RACHELLE HAD NOT GONE TO THAT EXTRA EFFORT, THIS PAYMENT WOULD HAVE HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET. Ken has been Awesome! He is very aggressive in making sure the customer is satisfied with the work. He is very trustworthy and honest.
