Car came back absolutely filthy with water stains on the hood, asked the dealer to check on the cars paint protection i paid for to ford, they didn’t do it and didn’t say anything just left car way dirtier hood, asked the dealer to check on the cars paint protection i paid for to ford, they didn’t do it and didn’t say anything just left car way dirtier than it was when dropped off…not happy about this what so ever.. other service work was done missed some recalls and didn’t tell us when or if to bring it back to do it, when we picked it up it took 30+ min to get the car out of the back after we had checked out and gotten paperwork. I don’t think he listens to the customer when I left my truck for inspections of the ford notice that I received (22M03). I told him the front and side mirrors were fussy. I also mentioned that the rear ca truck for inspections of the ford notice that I received (22M03). I told him the front and side mirrors were fussy. I also mentioned that the rear camera had been changed in 09/23 for the same reasons by Gosch Ford Temecula. He called later to tell me that they could not duplicate the rear camera issues. I again explained to him that the front and side cameras were the issue not the rear camera. The final results they changed both front and side camera’s. This not the first time, I had call before and left a phone message but he never called back last week. More
