All three of these sales people made this a GREAT experience. I'll start with Andrew, who met us in the lot and took us for a test drive. The thing that impressed me the most was that when we asked him a question that he wasn't sure of the answer, or didn't know his response was, "I'm not sure but when we get back I'll find out". How refreshing is that, honesty. Connie, entered to answer questions that Andrew didn't know and helped with the sale. She spent more time that I would have expected with my wife in setting up the car, answering questions, explaining options and demonstrating features. Billy made the deal work, he explored options for finance and provided valuable guidance. All in all this was a GREAT experience. These three people and a great Ford product (C Max) made for a very very pleasent experience. Thanks More

I chose to buy a new vehicle at Rancho Ford because of twelve years of outstanding work by the Service Department, Debbi Swanson and technicians. My salesperson, Connie Jolicoeur, could not have been more twelve years of outstanding work by the Service Department, Debbi Swanson and technicians. My salesperson, Connie Jolicoeur, could not have been more professional, helpful with information and patient as I considered my needs. Stewart helped me with the purchase details and was also excellent. I actually enjoyed the whole experience (which I had not expected. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will definitely return to Rancho Ford and will recommend them to others. More

We were greeted by mr Giuseppe Tambe. I told him what my needs were in a vehicle(truck). He led me to a few options and showed me the pros and cons. I made my decision on a vehicle due to his knowledge. I j needs were in a vehicle(truck). He led me to a few options and showed me the pros and cons. We recently went into Rancho Ford to find out if we could trade our car in with a pesimistic attutide. We didn't think that they would do business with us due to the fact that our trade was in really poor s trade our car in with a pesimistic attutide. We didn't think that they would do business with us due to the fact that our trade was in really poor shape. To our surprise everyone was really understanding and we had a fabulous experience working with T.J. and Billy. They gave us far more than our trade was worth (I had researched the true value). They got us in a car that would work for our family perfect and be much safer to drive, and also stayed within our budget. We were very pleased with all aspects of the services at Rancho Ford. More
Worst car dealership ever. They sold me a used vehicle that was not even legally registered to them and the registration has still not been transferred properly to me. I purchased the vehicle 4 months ag that was not even legally registered to them and the registration has still not been transferred properly to me. I purchased the vehicle 4 months ago. I have continued to get the run around from staff and the finance manager. I definitely regret buying a car from Rancho Ford. More
I brought my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid into Rancho Ford Lincoln for it's 10,000 multi-point inspection on Monday, September 26, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. as per my appointment time. My Service Advisor was George Elskamp. for it's 10,000 multi-point inspection on Monday, September 26, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. as per my appointment time. My Service Advisor was George Elskamp. I explained to George that my MKZ Hybrid made a loud squeak, when I pulled out of the garage every morning when I go to work. The squeak is so loud it would make the dogs bark in my neighborhood. I also explained to George that I don't think Lincoln customers should pay over 40K for their car and be embarrassed to drive it. George seem to agree with me at the time but when he called me later that day to pick up the car around 3 p.m. he said the car was all done and I could come and pick it up. When I dropped by Georges Service Advisor station, he gave me a brief look and said pay the cashier through the double doors and they'll bring your vehicle out. I asked George if they found out what was causing my squeaky breaks and George said, it's detailed in my service slip. There was no detailed information on my service slip regarding anyone trying to fix my break issue. When I brought my service slip to George and asked him to show me where my issue was addressed, he scrabbled around his podium, which is seemed he was attached too and pointed to section in the multi-point inspection saying the break pads were at 70%. I said to George you didn't even have them address my number one concern, George said you can bring your vehicle back on another day and we could replace the pads?!?!?! What a unprofessional response to a customers concern, it may not be the pads causing the squeak but George is so clueless he probably doesn't even know that. I wouldn't waste another day at this place. It's obvious Ford wants to have a brand to compete with Lexus, Mercedes Benz, BMW & Infinity but have staff that can only aspire in workmanship and professionalism to repairing Ford Pinto's. More
I received a very nice call from Rancho Ford Lincoln this morning. Which I thought could have been to apologize for the awful experience I had there yesterday, but no. The woman on the other side of the phon morning. Which I thought could have been to apologize for the awful experience I had there yesterday, but no. The woman on the other side of the phone just wanted to know if I would like to reschedule my appointment, that I missed yesterday with George at 10:00 a.m.. I explained to person on the phone that I was there at 10:00 a.m. and I did speak with George and I did leave my car to have it repaired. These people are so unorganized it's no wonder they ran around like they don't know who's in charge and what to do next. If you like professionalism and courtesy, don't take your car or buy your car at Ranch Ford Lincoln. More
Out of 12 car buying expirences this was the absolute worse. I explained to them what I wanted off the bat and they areed, then proceeded to show me vehicles that were 10-12000 more than what i asked fo worse. I explained to them what I wanted off the bat and they areed, then proceeded to show me vehicles that were 10-12000 more than what i asked for. They took 6 weeks to pay off the trade in which result me making payments on a vehicle I did not own anymore. I had to return to the dealership numerous times because they kept messing the paperwork up or the deal we agreed upon "fell through"! The vehicle was only get 6-7mpg on a V6 which resulted in me putting it in the shop. I had asked about this during the test drive and was told that its because after transportation the tank had not been pressurized and that it had been running for a while earlier. Bottom line is they left out paperwork on our deal, they sold a lemon, they talked me our of getting their extended warranty on a used vehicle that I needed one week after purchasing the vehicle, fortunately I purhcased one through a third party. Bottom line I had this vehicle for 3 weeks and eneded up eating the cost to trade it in. Thanks Rancho for taking advantage of me. More
