Blown Away!!! First off...I was only there for service, checking out the cars with my boys, while I waited. My lease was set to terminate in 3 months and didn't know if I wanted a different vehicle. After browsing around, we fell in love with the Explorer Sport. Of course, I didn't read all the details, because I wasn't really interested in buying until I asked Michael Hause a question. He was not pushy at all, like most vultures at other dealerships, he answered my stupid questions, was not judge mental, he clarified my misconceptions, and did it all in the blazing heat. Leaving the dealership well informed, it got me thinking, especially after I was told I needed 4 new tires and the service advisor said maybe you should trade it in now? My boys were really digging the Sport and I was too, except for it being white :( and started talking about trading our Flex. An hour later, I called Michael, asked if he was available, or if he needed to grab some lunch or take a break before we came down. He said, "No, whenever you come down I will be here ready to help you!" Sure enough, I came down and he was waiting. I know he probably didn't take a break or eat. He took us on a test drive and was super nice to me and my boys. He explained things that I had on my Flex, but was never shown. He went over all the details of the truck. Then I was concerned about the price being so high and we looked at another model, but it was just the Limited. It was only a few thousand difference in price, was a good color, but the rims were not as cool as my Flex or the Sport. However, in the name of financing I wanted both options weighed. He also went over all the features on that car, which was in a different lot and got the numbers so we could compare financing on both vehicles. After getting the numbers we didn't like on both, I asked about trading for another Flex like mine. So once again Michael had to run all over the lot looking for a Flex like mine, in the blazing heat, while I sat in the air conditioned show room. The price per month was not that big of a difference even though the car was $18000 less than the Sport, so we ended up going with the Sport. Everyone, was happy, but that was just the beginning for Michael. He once again was running all over to make sure the Sport was getting gas, getting numbers, getting information from us, getting it washed, and trying to get this done quickly so we could get out of there. Plus, he had mentioned earlier in the day, before we knew that we wanted to trade in our Flex, what his hours were. He said he would be there until 4, because he had to help someone move. So, as 4 approached, I asked if he needed to leave and he once again said, "No, I am here for you and to make sure you understand everything about your car and are happy!" He really went the extra mile and was very pleasant. The other thing I liked was the fact that he included my boys in helping with the transaction, getting them involved in little things if I was busy. The boys really felt that they were a part and that they weren't some tag alongs. After everything was said and done and preparing to get in the Sport, he again went over things, just to be thorough. He congratulates us on our new purchase even shaking the boys hands and we were off. However, his service didn't stop there. The next morning I received a call asking if I had any questions, if I wanted to come down and have him go over my sync system that the other guy didn't go over in my Flex, and just in general, wanted to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. He also stated if there was anything that he could do to make it better to call him at any time if I had questions in the future. Thank you Michael for going over and beyond. You made a difficult process enjoyable for me and my boys. More

There very few dealerships that have such integrity and stand by there word like Rancho Ford. From the Sales people Patrick Ryan and James Davidson (JD) who worked with me and for me to get the best deal possible and then followed through on everything. The finance dept. who even though my loan was challenging never gave up and got a great deal for me. Reagan Bendeck who made sure I got the wheels and tires I wanted and many other things. Thank You ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone reading this who's looking to buy a car or truck if you don't go to Rancho Ford you are making a MISTAKE.... This is Great Dealership with 5 Star customer service and they truly care for their customer and stand by what they say. They also have the best Service Dept. and Mechanics, Thanks Frank (mechanic). Very Smooth I found the car i was looking for at cars.com, turns out it was at the Rancho Dealership. I went down there and the next day I drove home in my new ca I found the car i was looking for at cars.com, turns out it was at the Rancho Dealership. I went down there and the next day I drove home in my new car for Exactly the price I was looking to get. I was met at the door by Mike Hause who was very friendly and not pushy at all. He didn't hesitance and answered all my questions regarding the two vehicles i was looking at. When I made my choice he had the car I wanted ready to go at exactly the time we agreed upon. He was very through and made sure to explain all the fine print and offered me advise that I wouldn't have considered. After Mike had all my paperwork done smoothly and quickly he then passed me on to finance with Chad Jihary. Chad was so quick and accurate with getting me into the right financing package. I have no complaints at all with working with these guys. I highly recommend going down and seeing what they have to offer! More

After doing her research on the Internet, she contacted Rancho Ford and started to get the search going. Lauren contacted her and asked her many questions to make sure that she was looking for the exact car that she wanted. After finding the exact car, we made an appointment to go and see the car. While at the dealership, we met Martin adn he showed us the tpye of Edge that we were looking at and answered all of our questions about the particiular model and options that my wife requested. While we were waiting to fill out the papers, we had asked Martin if I could test drive a C-Max. His response was "No problem." After find the C-Max that I wanted to test, out we went. I was really surprised how much I liked the car. After the test drive and answering all of my questions, we decided to see if we could make a deal for TWO cars. After talking to Reagan, we were the proud owners of a 2014 Edge Limited and a 2014 C-Max SEL. Steward made our final moments at Rancho very painless and answered any questions about financing that we might have. Afterwards, Martin spent another 45 minutes to and hour explaining the features of our new cars to us. We can not say express how at ease we were during the entire process of our experience. They will get our repeat business in the furture. More

We told him upfront we were not going to purchase but we wanted to look and test drive. He said no problem. He was one of the nicest salesmen we had ever met. He never got pushy or irritated with us. He is knowledgable and answered all of our questions about a variety of cars in the Ford line. We left with out a car but had tons of information to make our decision. The next day my husband and I decided on the 2014 C-Max Hybrid and made an appointment to come in 3 days later. This was Roger's day off but he came in anyway knowing it was my husbands only weekday off. He spent another hour answering our questions & took us on another test drive so I could be sure this was the right car for me. When we were ready to start the paperwork Roger got it going and explained everything step by step. I like that they don't hand you off to different people & there are no high pressure tactics to put you into a car you don't really love. We were in and out of finance in no time. Roger spent another hour to an hour and a half explaining our new C-Max features and making sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle. I would not hesitate in recommending Rancho Ford and Roger Hendrickson. Customer service is their priority. More

Vicki Alexander, from Rancho Ford, was the first to respond to my inquiry by phone. My wife and I went down to the dealer and met Vicki, who introduced us to Craig Savage, a Sales Associate. Vicki and Craig were both very friendly and helpful. Craig was very knowledgeble about the car we were interested in, the Ford Escape. After a test drive, we sat down to negotiate. It took a little haggling, but we were satisfied with the deal we made. Chad Jihary, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and helpful while we were signing all the papers. The entire experience, from start to finish, took less than 3 hours. We came away with a nice car, and I'm happy to report that the whole process was relatively painless, compared to some of the car buying experiences I've had in the past.
