We have currently have a Mercury Mountaineer, and he always gives us the straight-scoop on our service needs. To the point of having us bring our old, non-Ford (Toyota) to him to diagnose an engine problem. We knew he would be honest about what was wrong. Long story, short, the old car needed way too much work/$$$ to make repairs worthwhile, so, he referred us to... 2) Terry in Sales. As it turned out, we had purchased a Mercury Monterey mini-van from Terry close to eight years ago, and we had a great past experience with both him and the van. Buying a car is never a truly painless process, but our experience the other day was as painless as possible. Terry found a pre-owned 2013 Ford Focus that met our needs in terms of price and features. And the whole financing/sign-all-the-papers step was not the long, drawn-out interaction that it could have been. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire experience. More

Everyone within the building staff & customers alike were happy which has not always been our car buying experience. The deal that Michael Hause offered to my husband and I was one we just couldn't refuse, and when it came time to the painful part, paperwork, Chad had us in and out in less than 10 minutes!! We were torn between getting another Mercedes and the Ford Explorer...believe me, no one is more surprised than me that we went with the Ford. I LOVE my Explorer and would recommend Rancho Ford to anyone looking for a car. More

I told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few cars and then showed us the Flex. I told him I would never buy and American car and ESPECIALLY not the flex. He told me the price, great features of the car and fords reputation. Long story short we went for a test drive and i was SOLD. I absolutely LOVE this car and im so glad I gave it a shot. We had two Nissans to trade in and John Rush made the long process enjoyable and easy. Great customer service and he wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgable and funny! I really appreciate the help and love the car thanks so much! More

I was pleased with my price for the 2015 Explorer. The music is to loud in the dealership and the people that are on a different team (Jim Davidson) were very disrupted playing YouTube in the death trap of a back office. They need to have more of a professional approach to business because when someone is spending $50,000 on a car you need not be disrupted. The finance person was very good. More
