Great Service!! We weren't the easiest customers to place in a car, but these guys did it and made us feel like they were working for us, not for themselves. Not only was our salesman excellent to work with and seemed genuinely concerned for our satisfaction, but the finance team called us back days later with news that they got us a better interest rate than the original rate. We cancelled the original deal, and rewrote a whole new contract that saved me significantly. Outstanding!! More

Needed a new car. We were just out shopping the dealerships and ended back at ford to look at one of their used cars. Micheal came up and was just easy going and friend We were just out shopping the dealerships and ended back at ford to look at one of their used cars. Micheal came up and was just easy going and friendly. We ended up getting a new Ford Focus hatchback which happened to be on my list of cars to look at. He gave us a great deal and really took care of everything in a timely manner. The whole process only took a couple of hours. Of all the salesmen we encountered today Michael was by far the least pressure and most willing to just hangout, chat, answer questions and provide a level of customer service that's rare these days. I have no doubt that even if we didn't buy a car he would have given us the same respect and time. Keith Thamma was the finance guy and I have to mention him. Super fun guy with all the professionalism you would expect. He does a tough job and never stopped smiling. Nothing but integrity. A hard trait to find in this business. More
