AMAZING!! From the second we stepped onto the dealership we were greeted by Patrick and he was very patient showing me all the trucks they had available (and ev From the second we stepped onto the dealership we were greeted by Patrick and he was very patient showing me all the trucks they had available (and even the 2015's that were not available yet). Once we agreed on the one truck I wanted, it was a very easy going trying to get the "deal" done. Chad in Finance was easy going and very friendly, even talked about some hunting trips that he had done recently. After the truck was detailed and fueled up Patrick patiently showed me how to work all the cool doo-dads in the vehicle and I left feeling that I was not going to have to call and ask how do I turn this on, how do I set this up....etc. Overall an amazing experience at Rancho Ford and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
