The Customer Service people (employees) makes all the difference in the world for mechanical issues that brings anxiety to customers. I have purchased four cars with various dealerships prior to this encounter with Kyle Caruthers at Gosch Ford Temecula, but I can say without hesitation that this has been the most effortlessly productive ex to this encounter with Kyle Caruthers at Gosch Ford Temecula, but I can say without hesitation that this has been the most effortlessly productive experience henceforth. It has been my opinion that working with dealerships for purchasing a vehicle is never a simple process, but this has been the most straight forward process yet. Kyle was absolutely a joy (not hyperbole) from the moment we stepped onto the lot, and was both respectful and friendly in every aspect. We weren't sure we would make a purchase, and had plans to visit another dealership after Gosch Ford, but Kyle sold us on the Maverick and made it impossible to go with another make. After ten years with another vehicle brand, we have switched to Ford, and are very happy with that decision. Thank you, Kyle, and Gosch Ford Temecula. More
