Once again Gosch Ford has exceeded my expectations for service experience. I had a difficult case of low idle (200 rpm) under load in stopped traffic. I assumed it to be a vacuum leak as the idle would dr service experience. I had a difficult case of low idle (200 rpm) under load in stopped traffic. I assumed it to be a vacuum leak as the idle would drop when shifting into park in stopped traffic with brake peddle pressure and air conditioing on. Samantha did not rush my explanation and worked with the technician to sort out the diagnostics needed. What a pro she is. Seems it was a dirty throttle body and computer resetting from recent battery change. My hats off to Samantha for her audomotive and great communication skills. More
