I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others don’t go through the same thing. My family and I recently purchased a 2018 Kia Forte with 37,000 miles from Gormley’s Auto. While Drew, our salesperson, was polite and helpful during the sale, the issues started almost immediately after driving the car off the lot. Within days, multiple problems appeared: several lights stopped working, the blinker was blown, the alignment was terrible, and even the taillight was collecting water. I brought the car back the very next day after purchase, and Gormley’s told me these issues would be fixed. When I picked it up, nothing had been done, everything was exactly the same. I then had to go directly to the mechanic who works with them, and even he shared troubling stories about this dealership. On top of that, the spare key they gave us wasn’t even for the car we purchased, it didn’t work and didn’t even have a battery. When I called to address this, the finance manager answered and, instead of offering any help, repeatedly told me, “We give you whatever keys come with the car.” This makes no sense when they presented it to us as a proper spare key. To make matters worse, that same finance manager even contacted the mechanic to tell him not to deal with me, simply because I wasn’t the person who signed the paperwork, even though I was directly involved in the purchase and care of the car. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experience I’ve ever had. Between the broken promises, lack of basic service, and poor treatment of customers, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please save yourself the time, stress, and money, look elsewhere More

I am writing a review Bc one star is being nice. I brought 4 cars paid for in full brought many of customers to this dealership. I do not know if it’s new management but this is a horrible situation I brought 4 cars paid for in full brought many of customers to this dealership. I do not know if it’s new management but this is a horrible situation. The car is in the shop more then being driven. The car was told it was fixed for the 7th time and Gormely’s made a huge mistake causing a major safety issue. The car is being paid for on time every month and every other month it’s in the shop. Promises was made about a new contract a new car none head met. No one is picking up the phone or responding to emails but will call about payment for the car they have supposedly being fixed. Brake line was cut by a mistake after being in the shop for weeks. Now for more weeks. How do you fix a car as you say and then you pick it up the car has no brakes. This is ridiculous. I need someone to help me. My family members is being robbed being treated unfairly. More

I learned that the buy here pay here dealers are over pricing their vehicles and want you to finance them as well. If I could give less than a star I would. This place have the biggest xxxxxx bags working for them, very disrespectful towards woman, don’t know what they are doing, and will lie to you right in your face. Wife bought a car here and someone from their used her tags on 2 different vehicles on 2 different occasions and racked up $2,000 in toll charges and when approached about it they were disgustingly rude, no help at all, had to get the police involved because they didn’t want to answer any questions. Than someone In their facility used our old tag from a car we traded in 3 months later and when my wife called they acted like she was crazy, they said “ oh that must of happened before you turned the car in” and called her a liar even though we had the picture and date when the tags was used. So of course they didn’t want to take responsibility and their excuse was “oh someone must of stolen them from out lot”. Ok so why didn’t you call the cops and report a break in into your facility. They are just full of excuses and don’t want to admit that they got caught doing people wrong. What kind of crap is that. I will never ever do business with them ever again and I will see them in court. More

Not truthful I purchased a 2006 Equinox last year. Chris was very nice, however I told him please make sure the car is good, I can’t afford to keep fixing things. There was a tap in it, I took it back at least 4/5 times, once overnight. No one could find anything, no one had time again. Went up and Don lifted the hood, I asked is it a valve tsp? Don said no, for sure but I don’t know what it is. After that every time I called Chris nor Don would speak to me, they transferred me to the “ mechanic “, who told me nothing. I never missed a payment and I paid it off early to save interest, which I didn’t. I was out with my granddaughters and bamb, the engine blew up. Had to get a tow and it is now in the shop for a new engine!!! Called Gormleys to see if they could at least get it done st their cost. Yes I was upset but they never called me back. I’ve now put over $3,000.00 in repairs and hope nothing else happens. Friendly when I bought the car but once the little warranty ran out, they were done with me. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go there or refer someone there!!!! More
