We do apologize for any shortcomings but the vehicle you purchased was in need of great mechanical repair which you were aware of when you brought it in. We kept you in the loop throughout the entire process. When I took my car I noticed the smoke coming coming in to the car told service adviser he was going to charge me more so my car was not fixed after I pay 10000.
