Once he found out the seatbelt was the error he would not let me take my car back as it was unsafe and provided me with a courtesy car. He went above and beyond then what I expected in customer service and even made sure my car was washed when I picked it up. I’ve never had that at any other dealership when I took my car in. Amazing service all around! More

Overpriced and not committed to customer service I took my car in 2 have them look at an issue, it came back with a very inflated cost to fix. Also, I had asked 2 have the keys left on the seat so I I took my car in 2 have them look at an issue, it came back with a very inflated cost to fix. Also, I had asked 2 have the keys left on the seat so I could pick it up for work as i didnt have a spare but the car was locked. I missed work that might b/c i didnt have my car. They didn't give me enough credit on the fix that was needed to cover the cost of me missing work. Also, I'm was extremely interested in buying a new volvo but haven't felt as if they really want my business. The sales team seems to be pretty passive. More
