Stay clear of this place. Dropped off my Durango for a code 4 missfire a few weeks ago. They clearly didn't drive it, nor properly looked into diagnosing it. Just assumed t Dropped off my Durango for a code 4 missfire a few weeks ago. They clearly didn't drive it, nor properly looked into diagnosing it. Just assumed they needed to replace the spark plugs and coil.(which were done about 25k miles ago, so most likely didnt need to be done.) They did it. Charged me almost 700 dollars. Upon picking up my vehicle I still noticed a slight shake, however thought it may just be the age of my 2015. Fast forward 2 weeks. My engine light comes on. So I called them. They couldnt get me in until 4 days later. I dropped it off begging them to actually drive it this time and find out whats wrong. Letting them know there is something wrong. out- yes much bigger problem. Head gasket is busted. So now they are wanting an additional 2,800.00. Which is 1,200 higher than ive been charged else where. To fix something they should have fixed the first time, or at least let me know was going on with it. They have no plans of giving me any of my money back from the original incorrect fix. Spoke with Bill, who didnt take any of this seriously. More
