My recent review is for Richard Sentz who happens to be my service advisor whom I go to and is not pictured to rate at this moment as I see the choices that are listed before me. Richard replaced my batter my service advisor whom I go to and is not pictured to rate at this moment as I see the choices that are listed before me. Richard replaced my battery cause it had more than six years of service that it did for my Camaro and most batteries last three to four years. Kudos to the entire staff at Gordon from upper management all the way to the service professionals that work at Gordon. I've been to other dealerships and I see that Gordon Chevy treat their customers with respect and dignity but even better, the customers are treated like FAMILY!!! Had Battery problem made contact with Corey McAninch who took good care of me. Made sure I got my Warranty as it was bought from out of town dealer. Last week I Brought my 2018 Diesel Colorado in for a required timing belt replacement. Delt directly with Corey, not only was he extremely professional but also up front about the labor / total cost. Everything went smoothly from the time that I dropped the vehicle off until the time I picked the vehicle up. Communication was awesome too, highly recommend Gordon Chevrolet service department. Additionally, I would like to give a quick thumbs up to the technician named David. Hes one if the best Diesel technicians that I've ever seen. The attention to detail was simply incredible, everything under my hood was the way it is supposed to be. Thank you very much! More
