Took 1 hour ho replace 1 new tire (with appointment) and lost one of my red/specialty tire valve cover. Now I needcto buy 4 new & hope you all give me a reimbursement for additional expenses. Over $200 for More

We apologize that we lost your valve cap and took too longer to complete the tire change than you expected. It typically takes 45 minutes or so to put the vehicle up on a rack, dismount the tire, clean the rim, remount the tire and put it back on the vehicle. We normally run every car through the wash with ads another few minutes. We do regret that the valve cap got lost and have ordered a replacement set to be delivered to your house. If we can do anything else for you please let us know.
