I stopped in to pick up my truck after repairs were completed that Tim had scheduled with one of their technicians who specialized in the specific type of repair the truck needed. Tim said yes, but the $200 Ford Pass rebate offer expired after November 28th. Tim saved me $200 with that answer. I then scheduled a November 27th new tire appointment for my Mustang. Next ensued a conversation between Tim and Angie regarding which tires would be the best selection based upon my needs. The energetic conversation eventually even included Bryan from parts. Needless to say those dealerships and auto shops negligence caused significant water damage to my control box that needed to be replaced as well now. I’m so thankful for this dealership being able to not only figure out the problem within an hour of when I dropped it off. But they kept me in the loop the entire time and did an excellent job fixing my car. It was well worth the drive up and I will bring my car back for any service work needed and likely the purchase of my next vehicle! More
