Brought my vehicle into the dealership regarding a Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. Maybe just me or a coincidence in the used 2019 Ford F150 i have purchased, but since i purchased at end of sept. 2024. It has now been at the shop 8 weeks / 3 seperate times. reassembly was not done correc i have purchased, but since i purchased at end of sept. 2024. Commumication is a lack there of. everyone has a decent attitude when you arrive or speak with on the phone. return calls and help are a lack there of as well.
