Dealership has always been great to work with, most of the service desk agents are great to work with. This past experience was different, typically get a call to chat about what is wrong with the car. Go the service desk agents are great to work with. I had to ask what the reasoning was without an answer back. I had to ask for the shuttle and was not prompted by service person as I normally would be asked. I was told “name your time” and requested 10am as I had a work appointment at 11am, was told driver would arrive a little bit after because he was busy (why ask me when I wanted a shuttle) and he did arrive at 10:30, not “a little bit later” as I was texted. Arrived to pick up the car and was handed my keys and paperwork saying the car was ready. No review of paperwork, when I asked what happened I was told, this happens when it’s cold out. For the first time I felt like it was a bother to bring my car in to this service center. Agent who told the initial call was great (Q) and the shuttle driver was awesome as always. More
