I felt I was given an easy out answer instead of fixing the issue. Basically the entire seat back needs to be replaced because of a loose wire. The cost, $4100! For a vehicle with 112k miles? Disappointed it took multiple visits to fix the tire issue we had. Tires were on rims backwards and car was certified pre-owned from your dealership.
