Great Customer Service. I was having Transmission problems and i took my car in and they looked it over and said they would take care of my problem. when they did some repa I was having Transmission problems and i took my car in and they looked it over and said they would take care of my problem. when they did some repairs and it still was making a noise they told me they still needed to research the problem, all this time ( 2 days ) they gave me a great new Rouge 2018 to drive. they talked with Nissan and decided to replace the complete transmission ( 2 more days ). the rep for the dealer ( Rob ) was in contact with me threw the whole process. I could not be more happy with how they treated me. ( outstanding ) More

No glitches, in and out quickly, excellent coffee. I came in unannounced, was greeted by a service writer, asked how long I could expect to wait, was told 45 min. to an hour. Went into the waiting roo I came in unannounced, was greeted by a service writer, asked how long I could expect to wait, was told 45 min. to an hour. Went into the waiting room, took a walk thru the showroom, poured myself a coffee and sat down to read the Wall Street Journal. I had declined the car wash because it was raining. The service rep came to tell me my car was finished and went over the work order with me. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and I left. Elapsed time, about 45 minutes. More
