Always a Good Experience at Boucher Sadly we lost our key fob on a recent trip. We decided not to buy an after market replacement knowing that Boucher would stand behind their product. I was immediately greeted by Justine who is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I explained my dilemma and she explained the procedure , cost, and time required. She also offered a free car wash which is a wonderful perk. The reprogramming was done quicker than anticipated. I am continually amazed at the kindness displayed by the service dept employees. Thank you! More

Not happy As soon as I got my car back and read the mechanics notes, I knew he didn’t do his job. Basic inspection was a failure, front right tire pressure was As soon as I got my car back and read the mechanics notes, I knew he didn’t do his job. Basic inspection was a failure, front right tire pressure was low, 27-28psi, he wrote all tires 35 Meaning he didn’t do the most basic of task and measure all the tires. Which leads me to believe he didn’t perform the inspection thoroughly. Loud grinding noise when turning...no problem found. Can’t wait for my warranty to run out and surprise! there is a problem. More

Dec. 8th (2 car visit) Brought both SUV's in for service (Oil change and tire rotation early Saturday morning (my Murano Platinum and my wife's Rouge Sport). Always great p Brought both SUV's in for service (Oil change and tire rotation early Saturday morning (my Murano Platinum and my wife's Rouge Sport). Always great people here in the front. Been going to Boucher for 11 years and have bought 5 SUV's from them over this time. Today's visit was odd. Wife's car had a nail in the tire, was fixed (no problem), but service forgot to rotate the tires and wipe off sealant around the rim (plus missing air valve cap). My car, had interior air filter replaced. Service guy forget to put back together. Received car back and part was on the floor. I always have had 5 star service with Boucher, but this time I can only give them a three due to the service guys in back. I give Alex, Duke and Justine a 5 star for their rating!!! . More

Best Customer Service Dennis was extremely helpful when taking delivery of my car. Although I was in for a routine oil change, he made sure to go over the entire vehicle a Dennis was extremely helpful when taking delivery of my car. Although I was in for a routine oil change, he made sure to go over the entire vehicle and asked questions about any other items I may need looked at. The car was delivered on time and without any surprises. The waiting room is more spacious and the wifi kept me working even though I was out of the office. Thanks for a great experience More
