Dealership has always been great to work with, most of the service desk agents are great to work with. I had to ask what the reasoning was without an answer back. I had to ask for the shuttle and was not prompted by service person as I normally would be asked. I was told “name your time” and requested 10am as I had a work appointment at 11am, was told driver would arrive a little bit after because he was busy (why ask me when I wanted a shuttle) and he did arrive at 10:30, not “a little bit later” as I was texted. Arrived to pick up the car and was handed my keys and paperwork saying the car was ready. No review of paperwork, when I asked what happened I was told, this happens when it’s cold out. For the first time I felt like it was a bother to bring my car in to this service center. Agent who told the initial call was great (Q) and the shuttle driver was awesome as always. More

I asked for my blind spot warning to be turned back on. When given paperwork, I asked if it was done. Advisor went back. Came back a bit later and said it was done. I left and checked while driving. I had to turn around and go back. I had an 8:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Wasn’t leaving until 9:30 ish. Those services should not take that long. THEN to have to turn around and go back was ridiculous. My tires are NEVER at the same air pressure after service either. I reported a noise when I turned left when making the appointment. Upon arrival, I stated it hadn’t happened all week. Was told not to worry about it then. It was probably the plastic piece in my steering wheel that was cold. The full point inspection showed a bad tie rod. Told if not fixed it would start to make a noise. Never stated how urgent it was. I went for a second opinion and was told w 10 being the worst it’s at a 10 and the ball joint an 8. I am having those services and the transmission flush preformed elsewhere. I take my car in religiously for the oil change and tire rotation and this was the first time my tie rod was even brought up. No one saw it was going bad until it was bad? I had been complaining about a tire and they did everything they could to not have to replace it while under warranty. I ended up buying 1 tire. Now they tell me I need 3 new ones. Very disappointed. No trust left. More
