We take my sons car into you and pick up the car only to find it has been rummaged through. Things that were in the glove compartment are now on the floor. About $6 in change has been stolen as well as a $55 bottle of cologne. When my husband called to talk to the service manager all he said was “well we have never gotten a call like this before” “I can’t see my guys taking anything”. REALLY????? Well they did and I’m pissed and since you don’t want to do anything about our missing belongings and what happened then I will make sure NO ONE I KNOW VISITS you TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! I will he posting on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook as well as putting a comment on yelp and better business. I’m beyond upset 😡 More

highly satisfied My car had a recall on it and needed a new part. While the part was available in the area, they were unsure how long it would take to receive it. To make sure I didn't wait longer than necessary they gave me a loaner car, and helped me transfer my childs carseat from one vehicle to the other. The next day when I brought it back, there was some bad weather, so they pulled both cars in to the service center so that I could transfer the carseat back without getting rained on. Seems little, but it was all greatly appreciated. More
