Exceptional service I would like to commend Joel Rittberg as he was an excellent salesman. I actually stopped in for a routine oil change. I had always wanted a car wit I would like to commend Joel Rittberg as he was an excellent salesman. I actually stopped in for a routine oil change. I had always wanted a car with leather seats due to having a dog which means a lot of dog hair! Leather is so much easier to clean up after a pet! I was casually looking at cars in the lot while my car was being serviced. I was looking at the cars on the lot of a while. Shortly and I appreciated that no one immediately came to me; Joel stated he noticed I was looking at cars. He had asked me what I had wanted in a car. After describing what I wanted we continued to look at the cars and he listened to what I wanted and showed me some options. He then asked if I'd be willing to talk about cost. I was intrigued on what I could do. Joel took me step by step and a long story short...we closed the deal. Joel was very personable and professional. He had a lot of patience without pressure.
