Sales Consultant who listens! I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield to look at a Nissan Rogue. I told the sales person Matt Longtine that I wanted to test drive the Rogue I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield to look at a Nissan Rogue. I told the sales person Matt Longtine that I wanted to test drive the Rogue but would not make a final decision until I also test drove a Ford Escape. While I was on the test drive Matt directed me to another Gordie Boucher dealership where I was able to test drive the Escape while in the middle of my test drive of the Nissan Rogue! What an awesome display of listening and taking care of a customer! More

My only complaint was that the jump drive provided by the Finance Department rep was empty. It was supposed to contain all of the executed sales contract and other documents. It took three days of calling to obtain the documents on another jump drive. More
