Kory the Service Advisor did a great job of diagnosing a challenging issue with my 2017 Nissan Altima and working with me on a solution that didn't break the bank. He kept me informed along the way and listened to my feedback regarding what had been tried at a previous dealer prior to coming to Gordie Boucher. I've always been leery of getting service at a dealer to the cost however I think they are actually very comparable to an independent shop. I will be going back for future issues as well as for maintenance. More
