Communication wasn’t the greatest with when I could pick up my car. I was never called to say it was ready even though it was. Luckily I called again to check in and was able to pick it up right before the up my car. I was never called to say it was ready even though it was. Luckily I called again to check in and was able to pick it up right before the dealership closed because we needed my vehicle for Christmas, which was known by Amanda. I was also told by Scott that he would contact someone about the scratch on my car that was there when I purchased it, to get it painted and I never heard back. I have emailed and spoken to him on the phone about it. I was also promised winter plastic Nissan mats when I purchased the vehicle. I asked Amanda when I brought it in to get my broken window motor fixed. She said she would ask Scott and again I never heard back. I ended up purchasing them myself because of snow and salt. More
