I've used them for service in the past and my experience was exceptional. This time I had an issue that I noticed a day after my oil change, my car was leaking oil on my driveway. I called and they said to was exceptional. This time I had an issue that I noticed a day after my oil change, my car was leaking oil on my driveway. I called and they said to come in today or tomorrow or as soon as possible. I went to the dealership where Errick Clay took care of me again. He's been very helpful and has made me feel taken care of. I never had to wait, both times he had me pull my car right up to the shop. Despite there being an issue, I thought Errick and the other employee's customer service was great and would definitely recommend them. It's great they have a waiting area with wifi and refreshments so I always remember to bring my computer. The young technician who gave me my keys back was very apologetic after fixing my car. Everything was good to go in a matter of minutes. I just told the guys, hey, things happen and if that's the worst thing that happens all day we still had a good day. The point is that they fixed my car promptly and never once did I get the "oh you don't know what you're talking about you're not a car guy" attitude. More
