Katie Kirby has put so much effort into resolving some issues that I had with extended warranty. She has gone on and above the call of duty to get the best service for my vehicle. It took 3 service appointments to repair and reset my electrical warning. I question why I needed to replace an alternator on my 2031 vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Katie accused me of pouring red wax on my battery. This did not appear on any of the repair videos. The hood of my vehicle was not opened after my last oil change at Boucher. A service mgr who didn’t give me his name said he would speak with the mechanic and contact me the next day. I am still waiting for his phone call. Due to Katie’s belligerent attitude and the lack of customer service Gordie Boucher has lost 2 customers. More

I dropped off my car and was told that the work I requested can be done at the service center. After three weeks I was told the car was ready to be picked up. My last visit for service many employees came in and out of the waiting area grabbing a coffee or just passing through. Not one person greeted me. Also when the work was done. On my ride home I smelled b of the waiting area grabbing a coffee or just passing through. Not one person greeted me. Also when the work was done. On my ride home I smelled burning oil. When I got home I pop the hood and saw oil residue on the fill receptacle and oil on top of the engine. These services are not cheap and have gone up in cost. If a technician spills oil while filling that should be cleaned before handling back to customer. Also there was no vehicle health check report like I usually get with the oil change package after my work has been done. More
