I brought my vehicle in for 60k transmission service and the transmission started shifting poor within 100 miles after service. I called back 5 days later and could not get an appointment to get it back in the transmission started shifting poor within 100 miles after service. I called back 5 days later and could not get an appointment to get it back in to look at for 4 weeks. My expedition is now at another dealer for a transmission replacement for 7100$ only 1k miles beyond the powertrain warranty. Transmission was 3/4 of a quart overfull. I’m not saying Boucher caused this failure but I had an issue immediately after service and was pushed out 4 weeks with a failed transmission. I am unsatisfied with Boucher mostly for their inability to address the issue in a timely matter. More
