Service was ok, but I didn’t like that I had to pay for all new lug nuts since the old ones had “swollen up”, this seems like a design or manufacturing defect. For which I had to pay. They told me they had my part, I dropped the car off only to get a call hours later they needed another part due to roiling the window down. This would be an additional $89. I brought my vehicle in for 60k transmission service and the transmission started shifting poor within 100 miles after service. I called back 5 days later and could not get an appointment to get it back in the transmission started shifting poor within 100 miles after service. I called back 5 days later and could not get an appointment to get it back in to look at for 4 weeks. My expedition is now at another dealer for a transmission replacement for 7100$ only 1k miles beyond the powertrain warranty. Transmission was 3/4 of a quart overfull. I’m not saying Boucher caused this failure but I had an issue immediately after service and was pushed out 4 weeks with a failed transmission. I am unsatisfied with Boucher mostly for their inability to address the issue in a timely matter. More
