I told them to replace a bad sensor if that was the problem. Asked me about changing it after waiting an hour and made me wait another hour for the sensor replacement. The problem with my car was fixed. And I am appreciative for that. But there was no communication during the process unless I called them. They told me a part and labor was not covered And I am appreciative for that. But there was no communication during the process unless I called them. They told me a part and labor was not covered by my warranty, so I had to call the warranty company myself, and found out it was. They also didn't take pictures of the condition of the car before they kept it like every other Ford dealership I've been to does. And they didn't wash my car when it was done. I will not go there for service again. More
