Originally appointment scheduled for oil change and recall. Appointment was rescheduled by service dept due to time constraints. Car was dropped while shore was open the day before the new appt. Service advisor Robert wouldn't check us in made us fill out envelope for key drop. Didn't go above and beyond to help us. Then we picked up the vehicle after Mauricio called and he said we could it's leave. Realized my husband didn't pay for oil change. Called back and the oil change wasn't completed at all. The maintenance light does come on for oil change. I had to drive the vehicle all the way back. Even if the oil change wasn't in the order that was changed by the service dept someone should have noticed the oil change reminder coming on and called to ask me. Mauricio did complete and did not charge us for the inconvenience which we appreciated but maybe need to make sure it doesn't happen to other customers. More
