The disappointment I have wasn't with my sales person, but with the people who closed the sale. I was offered lifetime oil changes, for a fee at the time of closing. I specifically ask, "is this for as long as I own the truck." He replied, "absolutely." My wife was their and confirmed the statement. However when I received the service book it contained only 7 oil change coupons. I've ask two service department workers about my concern and they've both replied differently. One said, "you need to contact your sales person," the other said, "we wouldn't offer lifetime oil changes, you could come every month for free oil changes." Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Gordie Boucher Ford and if they don't honor their employees commitment, it will be my last. More

Absolutely HANDS DOWN the worst experience I've ever had a dealership! After 7 repairs in a few months, the dealer said they had my front end fixed. After using the truck's 4 wheel drive for the first t had a dealership! After 7 repairs in a few months, the dealer said they had my front end fixed. After using the truck's 4 wheel drive for the first time - my ENTIRE WHEEL assembly fell off the truck and the service department refused to cover any repairs! The service manager Mike Schultz compulsively LIES and makes constant excuses for the multiple visits, lost parts, damage to the vehicle, etc. Some other issues with this dealership; They damaged my hood and front of the truck - then tried to cover it up with a dab of touch up paint. The actual repairs needed to fix this cost over $600! They made up excuses as to how this happened and to why they 'touched it up' The mechanic FORGOT to tighten the bolts on my driveshaft causing the entire shaft to FALL OFF the truck while driving. I'm lucky I was not injured or didn't cause an accident. Complete lack of quality control. 4 TIMES - they lost wheel covers after doing repair work on the wheels. How hard is it to make sure they are properly snapped on? Multiple repairs for the same issue - it takes a minimum of 3 visits to get any repair done - again the service manager makes nothing but excuses! There are plenty of good honest dealerships out there - PLEASE AVOID GORDIE BOUCHER!!! More
I recently had my truck in for service to boucher ford in Menomonee falls wisconsin. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery was bad along with several lights burnt out. I didnt understand how Menomonee falls wisconsin. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery was bad along with several lights burnt out. I didnt understand how this could be since it was a new alternator and a brand new battery (less than 4 weeks old) I reluctantly agreed to a new alternator and battery and declined on the rest. When I picked my truck up I requested I get my bad battery back. I then took the so-called bad battery back to where I bought it from and they tested it and found nothing wrong with it. I then went home and checked my truck for burnt out lights and found all light are working. If this is how ford and it dealers do business by lying to loyal ford owners then I will not be buying another ford ever and I will discourge all family and frends to do the same. When i contacted the dealer they pretty much told me to get a lawyer. (Just bad business in my book) This dealer will out right lie to you and tell you parts are bad when they are not! Buyer beware! More
