Talked to Robert Krueger about purchasing a new set of Goodyear tires for my 2019 Mustang convert. Got a great price and set appointment. Boucher did pick up my vehicle by their employee, Terry Price, Thr Goodyear tires for my 2019 Mustang convert. Got a great price and set appointment. Boucher did pick up my vehicle by their employee, Terry Price, Throughout the day, Boucher kept me up on the status via text and Robert called to let me know my Mustang was on the way. As Terry arrived, he thanked me for choosing Boucher for my tires. I have been a Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls since 2007 and have never been disappointed. Special thanks to Robert and Terry. I had a 7:00 AM appointment. Craig checked me in promptly, told me what to expect as far as completion of the recall. Bob was waiting with the shuttle.
